Getaway Classes

Below are the class options for the Ladies' Getaway 2012. Make sure you check out the class descriptions for both sessions by clicking on the navigation below. Pick out one class for each session, and then go to the registration page to register.

Friday Fun Night: This year, we will be having a "Coupon Fun" Session and a "Children's Book Show and Tell" Session on Friday night. Bring coupons and a children's book with you, if you plan to attend those sessions.

Parenting in the Pew; Evangelism in the Home
Session 1A
Speaker Judy Christian
Description Preparing the very young child for worship, and teaching the growing child God's Word at home with the ultimate goal of helping them to develop their own faith for life.
Coping with the Sin of a Loved One, God's Way
Session 1B
Speaker Rissa Shepherd
Description Sharing my journey from the devastating revelation of my son's homosexuality to the healing that only God could deliver.

Encouragement for the Philippians...and for Us
Session 1C
Speaker Anna Dehut
Description Paul shares with the Philippians how Christ wants them to transform their spiritual lives while being content in our physical circumstances. Please come prepared to join the discussion by reading through the book of Philippians two or three times before the weekend.
Daughters of the King - Living a Life of "Reflection" (Teens)
Session 1D

Description In our quest to better reflect the holiness, the goodness, the integrity of our King to those around us we will be evaluating what our lives, choices and attitudes actually mirror---God or the world.
